Let’s have a little chat about mindful content creation ☕️

Are you pumping out content for the sake of posting something? Or are you being deliberate with what you’re posting?

If you’re going to take the time to find an image (or create a Reel), write a caption, choose your hashtags, post it to Instagram with all the right tags, and then spend time on the platform to boost its engagement…. Why would you waste all that time by pushing out something that doesn’t serve a purpose?

I’m not saying that every single post has to be ground-breaking and monumental, but it should serve some purpose that links back to your business and your goals.

So I want to challenge you to ask yourself each time you’re about to post something - what is the purpose of this post? It might be to connect to your audience, to share something beautiful, to provide something useful and serve your audience, to promote your business, to celebrate the impact you’re having… just be honest with yourself, and if you can’t find valid purpose for that post, I want you to stop wasting time on it.

Start creating content (even if that means less content) that has meaning and purpose, and aligns to your business goals.

If you’re finding it hard to create purposeful content, send me a DM and let’s chat about how I can support you to do this so much better ✨

We are all deep in preparation for HAYDN`S SUN & MENDELSSOHN`S STARS, and our tour starts in Armidale next week!

The concert program begins with Hadyn, moves on to JS Bach and closes with a passionate and lovelorn work by Felix Mendelssohn. We`ll be performing his first-ever string quartet, bursting with epic drama, melancholy and love.

It’s a remarkable piece that seems to embody an emotional depth, awareness and maturity far beyond the tender years of the then seventeen-year-old who created it.

Mind you, when you`ve made your public debut at 9, written 12 string symphonies (influenced by Bach, Beethoven and Mozart) between the ages of 12 and 14 and published your first composition at 13, such a work is no mere oddity.

We can`t wait to play Mendelssohn`s String Quartet in A minor Op. 13 - and you can hear it at any of these locations! (tickets via link in bio)
